1) Approval of minutes of October 27, 2011

3) Business arising

a) Core Reference Trainer Checklist – Judy

            Judy will revise the core training checklist.

b) FAQ comparison to Wiki – Judy and Carol

            Judy and Carol compared the FAQ & Wiki questions. Info is coming from 3 different places. When this document was implemented it was to be a “short-term” document. The Wiki is more in depth.

c) Tagging in Wiki of FAQ sections – Jonathan

            Jonathan demonstrated some aspects of Wiki for us.

            Items in start of term FAQ in Wiki will be tagged “Start of Term”. Carol will take care of this.

            Judy will select questions not in Wiki that can be put into a quiz. Judy and Zsuzsanna will learn how to make a quiz using Fluid Surveys.

Quiz and direction of Wiki will come out of Core Project.

           

d) Discussion with Rachel/Gayle/Meredith about the use of FAQ and Wiki.

            Kathy updated us on how the co-ops feel/felt regarding use of FAQ & Wiki.

e) MLIS LibGuide – Kathy - deferred

4) Annual Survey results – continue review of results

Different models of operations from different University Libraries – retreat.
