• We might try some more involved groups/table activity.
• Good review/reminders
• I am wondering if there are any commercial reference interview videos with an academic library focus - now that would really be helpful.
• It's good to reflect on the ways we handle reference requests; a bit too rushed for much discussion
• A good opportunity to think/talk about what we do and how we do it.

• Excellent session!!
• I learned a lot about Google
• Excellent presentation. A little like "information overload". Appreciate the URL to review agian and absorb more fully.
• Need more time to explore this.
