1) Minutes of Meeting, October 12, 2005
- Accepted with minor corrections
2) Business Arising
- Item 6 - Give Us Feedback Form - Make live - Done.
- Item 7 - Link to the AV catalogue - Add to right navbar on 'Resources for Research' and notify Carolyn Dirks - Done.
- Item 8 - Direct Link to Staff Web - Add link to right navbar - Done.
- Item 11 - Graphics on the Library Web Site - page updated and linked from right navbar - Done. ACTION: Marian will add Flickr. ACTION: Marian, Esther and Rose will meet to discuss staff photos page.
- Item 12 - Library Web Site Survey moved to the top of the right navbar - Done.

4) TRELLIS call number location lookup maps
- Dan reported the test site is almost ready. Floorplans for Davis and Porter are still required. Facilities has or will be contacted for these. Marian suggested Circ might have floorplans as well. ACTION: Dan will contact Circ re. floorplans and forward any information to Charles, Chris and Bill.
5) Review of survey results
- Very few comments have been received in the last couple of weeks. ACTION: Christy will send an email to the group with an update.
6) Connect from Home - Helpful Information
- The group reviewed the revised web page. ACTION: Marina will make changes and send to Dan. Dan will make further changes and send to Esther for proofreading. ACTION: Esther will send draft to group for review.
7) Around the Table
- Marina encouraged members to register for the WatITis conference.
- Dan reported the proposed revisions to the TRELLIS quick search have received positive feedback. ACTION: Esther will implement change.
- Marian suggested the 'the Library' link include a hover colour.
- Christy suggested a 'Library Home' link at the bottom of the left navbar. ACTION: Esther will incorporate Christy's suggestion and try to add a hover colour to 'the Library' link
