    Accepted without change.

  2. Business Arising
    Item 4 - Suggested changes were implemented. Subsequently we received a suggestion to include a link to the Subject Guides from the Research Databases page. Action: Christy to add this to the task table.

    Item 4 - Charles has build the test site at http://www.libtest.uwaterloo.ca

    Item 6 - Dreamweaver is on the conference room machines.

  4. Web 2.0 / Library 2.0 Initiatives

    Rachel will be presenting reports on podcasting and blogging to Library Executive at the end of the month.

    Dan alerted the group to a UW Library test wiki page on Podcasting

    Discussed group's mandate with respect to promoting the implementation of Web2.0 technologies within the library.

    Marian alerted the group to her and Barbara's work with ViewletBuilder (http://cpgray2.lib.uwaterloo.ca/mediawiki/
    index.php/Just-in-Time_Tutorials_using_ViewletBuilder). They'll be writing a report based on their experiences and sending this to ISR.

    Action: Helena will send the URL for the tutorial on organizaing your research to the group.

  5. Around the Table
    Action: Christy will demo Content Management at our June 7th meeting.
