1. Winter Orientation '98 - Flyer
The layout, content, colour were confirmed.
Action: Jane to send Esther Millar the draft with the hope that she can do
what we want.
Action: Jane to connect with Cheryl Kieswetter on the web version.
Action: Jane to connect with Marina Wan, IRC re: link to top level of
UWELIB with "NEW" sign.
2. Method of Dissemination of Orientation Information
Action: All to see that the flyers are put in the kiosks and display racks
by Jan 2nd
.
Action: Jane to see if Cheryl can again send details to relevant
newsgroups, the Gazette and Imprint.
3. Confirm session locations and ensure rooms are booked
Action: Yulerette and Jane to do this.
4. Print runs for additional user education items.
It was agreed that all we needed were more hours cards.
Action: Jane will ask Esther to print 2,000 for the winter.
