Minutes of May 17th

Approved

Action: Connie will forward minutes to Linda Hastings for placing on the Library Instruction Committee web page.

Suggested for next meeting: The committee should clarify what support Linda Hastings provides and what support Janet Bullock (Davis secretary) provides.

Fall Brochure

Many changes involving both text and scheduled dates were discussed for the various workshops listed in the brochure.

Action:
Jackie will forward these changes to Linda Hastings.

Linda will make the necessary adjustment to the brochure. Once these are completed, the brochure will be forwarded to members of the committee for a final review.

Maureen will use the finalized brochure to ensure that these times are also listed on the 2000 Fall Program web page on the Library Instruction web site.

Janet Wason will ensure that the FLEX lab is booked for the International Student Orientation sessions.
