I. Approve Minutes of November 4, 2009.
            The minutes were approved.
II. Business Arising.
Action: Leeanne. Follow-up with Tim regarding getting help with Flex Lab setup and also about including items for a Flex Lab orientation.
Action: Leeanne. Follow-up with Annie regarding the status and maintenance of the General Library Guides.
III. Additional agenda items.
            None.
IV. Updates/Reports.
            a. Descriptions for new Winter sessions
                        i. In order to get session descriptions completed committee members were asked to complete some of them; for the rest, a reminder will be sent to session owners asking for the descriptions.
            Action: Leeanne. Send reminder for Winter session descriptions.
            b. Winter Instruction
                        i. Committee members chose sessions to teach or to assist with. For the unclaimed sessions a call will go out asking for volunteers.
            Action: Leeanne. Send a call out asking for volunteers to teach or assist with Winter sessions.
V. Around the Table.
Janet noted this was Kristen’s last meeting with us. We wished Kristen well in her new role at Porter.
