Action: Martha will speak to Jennifer regarding cataloguers doing different desk hours.
How does everyone feel about trying 2 different sets of schedules; Ref Works/Primo/Write & Sight.
Check to see if cataloguing can eliviate some of it. Consider piloting Ref works – doing beginner, intermediate and advanced.
We will further discuss piloting reference only for fall 2011 as a term long set schedule, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.c) Nancy – deadline goal will be December 13th. Esther will not be doing a digital display screen for each. A general one will be used instead. There is consideration of having a tech co-op assisting Esther with digital marketing products.
d) Web ad hoc recommendations (Kathy S) – discussion on re-wording
Some sessions could be broken off into sections shifting from in person classes to web casting.
Instructors need to screencast their own sessions. It is a very time consuming and a lot of work.
The new co-op student – Wilson is to be added to the list of assistants helping with setup etc.
Management is very supportive of our direction and growth.
Kathy would like software put onto her computer.
There should be one person to be face of Library to do Screen casting. Choosing the right person, voice etc. is important. Screen casting will become a bigger part of what we do from here on in. What level of participation do people want to do?

How do we want our web presence to be? Organized by content not by media is one of the things we are recommending.
Action: Kathy will send out an e-mail. We can have thoughts prepared for the next meeting.
A professional was consulted, and he said a change in testing is needed. They took 1 assessment and changed it. The professional was connected yesterday.
