Suggestions on method to copy a template for your own use:

In Dreamweaver, download a template most suitable for the display of data, rename to the intended file name, and then edit as required. Make sure the <body> tag is all contained in one line.
In telnet, "copy" a template into the intended file name and edit as required. Make sure the <body> tag is all contained in one line.
