Meeting Notes

Present: Ksenia Bronicki, Nancy Heimpel, Wish Leonard, Connie Pantic, Gail Sperling (facilitator), Jason Tran

1) Approval of meeting notes from June 12, 2006 meeting
The minutes were accepted without changes
2) Business arising from June 12, 2006 meeting notes
Connie Pantic indicated that ISR currently does not require changes to the refstats spreadsheet to count consultations by session time.
3) Additional Agenda
None
4) Review of TUG Holdings Counts spreadsheet for 2006/07 MacLean’s survey
- Gail Sperling requested that all data needs to be entered and confirmed by June 27
- Nancy Heimpel will confirm whether there are still 9300 unbarcoded periodicals to include in the counts
- Nancy will also confirm that no uncatalogued micro materials were deleted in 2006/07 and no retrospective conversion was done
- Ksenia Bronicki will confirm whether any uncatalogued maps were added in 2006/07 and whether any unbarcoded maps were retrospectively catalogued
5) Data cleanup in R: drive spreadsheets
- Ksenia Bronicki will fix the double entries in the turnstile spreadsheet for 2004 for UML
- Ksenia will also enter weekdays for UML Dec. 2004 turnstile counts
- Jason Tran indicated that Architecture is no longer maintaining turnstile counts (as per decision from Michelle Laing and Richard Pinnell)
- Wish Leonard will confirm whether statistics in the circmain spreadsheet will continue to be maintained
- Nancy Heimpel confirmed that April 2007 statistics have been entered (Post meeting note: format of the date column was changed to make it less confusing)
- Gail Sperling will follow up with Special Collections regarding UWSpecHold.xls spreadsheet
6) New spreadsheet for ERM usage statistics
Gail Sperling will follow up with Baiba Turner regarding the spreadsheet that was set up for maintaining ERM usage statistics.
7) Next Meeting
The next meeting will be scheduled in late October or early November to finalize the ARL and CARL surveys.
