When you create a new document in Contribute, you are required to enter a Page title for your document.

Every HTML document should have a descriptive title. Titles appear at the top of browsers, get saved on bookmark lists and hotlists, and are displayed in a list of search results by various search engines. Try and keep the title short; abbreviate if necessary since some browsers will cut off a long title.
From UWinfo guidelines: "Page titles (within the <title> tag) should include a page specific title, followed by a pipe (|), followed by a department/faculty title, followed by a pipe (|), followed by 'University of Waterloo.' "
For example:
The heading for this document is "Page Title"
The title for this document is entered as follows
Page Title | Contribute FAQ | Library | University of Waterloo
If the document you are coding is located several levels down from your top page, then begin with the current page and use your own judgement to decide what additional information would be useful to include; you do not need to mention every level.
For multipart documents, the page title should identify the document in a wider context.
