4. WebOps StaffWeb pages
All files will be available to the public unless discretion is required. Esther will convert the current pages to the new format.
5. Requests for Stats
Mary Stanley has requested statistics on use of the Library home page. It was noted that a process was in place for longer term analysis of statistical needs and has included a survey of users requirements and opinions. There is an immediate problem providing interim counts because of the size of the log files involved. A program, Faststats, has been ordered that can work with larger files. The need to filter out the large volume of public-station proxy log entries was expressed.
6. Staff Web Project
Esther has the necessary templates ready for distribution. Documentation is also ready. Esther, Kevin and Marina will be contacting the coordinators for each department/group about deployment.
7. Library Web Home page
Linda reported that she attended a CNAG focus group and noted that there was allot of positive feedback on the new structure. Some changes were suggested; Linda reported that she would have them incorporated in the new prototype by Friday, December 7. Linda also noted that the new design for the TugWeb front page was approved.
8. TUG Proxy Service
Charles reported that analysis on various aspects of the EZProxy project continue:
· TUG Systems and senior met at UG in November to review the project
· A UW document analysing components of the project has been tabled for review.
· UG has deployed EZProxy for titles in their Journal Indexes website
9. Web Archiving

After review, DLCC requested that the WebOps group contact Susan Bellingham and Christine Jewel to determine existing campus policies and requirement for archiving of university documents and electronic theses respectively.
