4. Support for Contribute and website design
Esther and Bill will remain as the only adminstrators in the Contribute environment. For Contribute training, it is recommended that staff attend IST sessions, but members from WebOps and the Library Web Review Group will be available for support and any questions that arise. In addition, John will host a Question & Answer session in the afternoon of July 19th that staff will be encouraged to attend.

Bill is currently working on a fix for the number of draft pages that were accumulated on users' machines during the testing period.

5. Revision of the webmaint site
The webmaint guidelines need revision
ACTION: Esther will update these guidelines. The Webbits notes also need updating, and if time permits, John will work on this.

6. University Web Usability Group
Jesse Rogers has asked for a volunteer from the library to serve on the University's web usability group. Marina will recommend Christy as a volunteer from the library.

7. Extension of WebOps to include LibWebReview sub-group
Marina spoke to Mark Haslett about keeping the Library Web Review Group (LibWebReview) as a permanent committee to work in conjunction with WebOps. Current members of the Library Web Review Group have graciously agreed to continue working as a team to help with content and usability issues relating to the Library's website. Marina will draft a proper mandate for the group when she returns from vacation.

8. Vacations and designations of WebOps' duties
Marina will send a message to the committee outlining who will be responsible for various duties throughout the summer while members are away on vacation.

9. Projects for John
Projects that John will be working on throughout the summer include: 1) Distance Education web pages, 2) Accessibility web pages, 3) Co-op web pages, 4) Converting all staff pages to the new CLF.

10. Website suggestions
Dan spoke to Wish and Sasa about the ILL pages & CISTI  Source link. Wish and Sasa both felt that the ILL page should not contain CISTI Source information, but rather just content explaining ILL info. The CISTI Source page could contain the current information on ILL page, but we would need to ask WLU if we could update their page. ACTION: Dan will proceed to develop the direct links to RACER with Wish's help; Dan will contact WLU to let them know we are creating our own CISTI Source page.

Bill will edit the Browse A-Z index so that it shows up in bold.

The Online Reference Shelf link was added to the right navigation on the Distance Education site.

Marian raised the point that we no longer need the "Ask a Librarian" button that is currently showing up on some discipline pages. Marian will consult ISR about what to do with this defunct button.

11. Site Index & Search
Bill is working on getting the Library navigation system to appear around our search results.

12. Around the Table
Nothing to report.
