4. Quick Polls. Action: Allan will approach Alex for quick poll question ideas. Action: Dan will train Nancy and Tim on how to use the quick poll database. Action: Dan will email the group with the quick poll question list.
6. Google indexing of library web pages. Action: Charles and Allan will follow up with Bill.
- Agenda Review
Added two items: "Wireless Printing" and "CSAG Training and Development"
- Links to widgets
Action: Dan will mock up three pages: (1) "+widgets" hyperlinks next to search engines, (2) "+Google" buttons next to search engines and "Widgets" link in the right column, (3) "Widgets" link in the right column. Action: Dan will consult with Marian and/or Christy for scripts and/or support with testing. Action: Allan will look at other libraries' beta sites.

Action: Dan will mock up a page where LibX appears in the right column. Action: Dan will ask Virginia Tech if they have an IE version of LibX ready. Action: Dan will ask UWindsor re. links to Scholars Portal in LibX. Action: Dan will look at Alberta's Facebook application.

Define intended audience for our web sites
Action: Tim and Doug will form working group to identify our primary audience and their reasons for
using our website(s).

Reviewing the mandate of WebOps
Discussion of expansion of mandate to include things beyond our website (e.g., SFX, Primo, wikis, blogs). Action: Everyone will review our mandate.

Wireless printing
Discussion of need to decide whether to continue or cancel our PrintWhere subscription. Action: Charles will check with Adrian re. PrintWhere's updating to work with VISTA. Action: Allan will talk to Carl about the location of the link for wireless printing. Action: Tim and Nancy will compose a quick poll question for wireless printing.
- CSAG training and development
Action: Charles will attend a CSAG meeting to determine if CSAG is the appropriate venue for us to pursue our training needs.
- Around the table
Charles: Eric Engelke of Engineering is testing a system that would provide emergency alerts to students, staff, and faculty on campus networks.
