Minutes approved with changes.
- Business Arising
8. The "Whereis" function. Charles communication with Wayne Johnson at UG. It appears that linking the "Where is it?" floorplans from the OPAC will be more difficult than anticipated. We will defer integration of floorplans until after the deployment of Primo (June).
4. Focus Groups, Surveys, Usability Testing. Allan and Web Advisory are preparing a report and will share with Marian (as it relates to her work).
6. Google Search Enhancements. Google bot doesn't index every eJournal page. Action: Allan will follow-up with Bill.
7. Connect From Home - Remote Login Page. Work not yet completed. Action: Chris. Action: Charles will communicate with user.
5. Home Page Banner & Right Navigation Advertisement. The contest goes live on Feb. 14. The top banner will be live for 1 week (or slightly longer).

- Google Analytics
Google Analytics tracking code javascript envelope has been changed. The new script enables additional features. Charles is testing. Action: Charles, Allan, Chris, Bill.
- More Prominent Feedback
Marian suggested a more prominent or ubiquitous feedback form or chat box, instead of a hyperlink. Action: Dan, Marian and Nancy will set-up MeeboMe widget for new eJournals A-Z search and forward to Bill, who will insert the code on a test version of the page.
- SFX A-Z List
Bill highlighted SFX A-Z menu/pop-up work done by David Walker, and similar changes he has mocked-up for our system. Action: Doug will vet these changes to ISR this Friday.
- New Google Search Engines
Bill highlighted changes.
- Around the Table
Charles thanked Bill for the work he put in to ensuring that Verde went live on Monday.
Chris noted that some sections of the Library have opted to use blogspot blogs instead of creating Library-supported WordPress MU blogs. Action: Chris will discuss with Allan.
Action: Esther will forward Musagetes quick poll email to Allan.
Action: everyone will look at WebOps' strategy by next Wednesday (February 20th) and comment.
