  4. Phased Protocol Website (Esther)

Esther demonstrated what the library website would look like under the proposed template.  There were concerns with the assigned colours discussed.  The new search interface was discussed.  There are a lot of exceptions on the library website so a modified CSS would not affect all the pages (for example, connect from home & UW Space).

ACTION: Annie and Esther will bring to the attention of the Web Redesign Manager.

    ACTION:
Annie will forward a proposal to LibExec and the Library Managers group regarding phased protocol implementation.

    ACTION:
Once a timeline is decided, Charles will mirror the site for Esther to complete the changes. Chris and Doug will need to change the areas for which they are responsible.

  5. Members and Proposals (Annie)

Brainstorming session to identify useful areas of expertise.
ACTION: The Group will start matching names with areas of expertise/interest.
