- Phased Protocol Website (Esther)
Esther demonstrated what the library website would look like under the proposed template. There were concerns with the assigned colours discussed. The new search interface was discussed. There are a lot of exceptions on the library website so a modified CSS would not affect all the pages (for example, connect from home & UW Space).
ACTION: Esther will create a list of library web coding that may not follow uWaterloo protocol.
ACTION: Annie and Esther will bring to the attention of the Web Redesign Manager.
ACTION: Annie will forward a proposal to LibExec and the Library Managers group regarding phased protocol implementation.
ACTION: Once a timeline is decided, Charles will mirror the site for Esther to complete the changes. Chris and Doug will need to change the areas for which they are responsible.

WebOps members suggested looking at the top library sites as determined by Google Analytics, as well as the top search terms
