This service allows Waterloo faculty, graduate students, and staff to place holds on books in the UW and affiliated collections and choose any of the eight on-campus library sites for pick-up (Dana Porter, Davis Centre, Map Library, Optometry, Renison, Conrad Grebel, St. Jerome's, and CTE). Follow the "Requests" link in the book record on the search results page.
It also allows Waterloo faculty, graduate students, and staff to request scanned copies of journal articles and book segments from these collections and have them delivered electronically to their email as copyright and licensing permits. Follow the "RACER Requests" link in the record on the search results page.
Requests will be filled within 3 business days.
