The TUG Ejournals Group conducted a Web-based survey of its user group to determine what improvements should be made to the site. Feedback was solicited from October 2000 through January 2001. |
RESULTS ANALYSIS

We received 123 responses to the survey. Fifty responses came from graduate students, 44 from undergraduates, 16 from faculty, and 10 from staff (and 3 blank or other). Sixty-eight responses came from the University of Waterloo, 43 from the University of Guelph, and 9 from Wilfrid Laurier University. Most responses were from frequent users (weekly or more often). | |
