To find a listing of translation dictionaries available in print at the UW Library, try the following subject search using PRIMO(our library search interface):
- Step 1: Type English language dictionaries into the "Search Terms" box. In the "Look for" options, change "Full Record" to "Subject". Click on the "Go" button.
- Step 2: The next page will provide you with a list of translation dictionaries for a variety of languages (example: English language Dictionaries Chinese). Select the link for for the language you need to translate into English.
- Step 3: Check to see if the dictionary you need is available at a UW Library location. Make sure to write down the title of the dictionary, call number, and item location information.
